McCarthy Chapter, Las Vegas was also attended by several members of the CIRA Las Vegas Chapter to help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the formation of both AFIO and CIRA. Rich Tropea, Vice President for Chapters for AFIO National, and dual-hatted as President of the Michigan Chapter was an outstanding guest speaker. His topic was “How the Value of Intelligence Continues to Evolve Despite Temporary Detractors and Constraints.”
