AFIO is currently seeking a Director of Membership & Community Engagement. This is a dynamic, multi-functional role responsible for managing AFIO’s membership systems, donor relations, outreach initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and public-facing events. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of familiarity with the US intelligence community, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit to support AFIO’s mission and expand its community impact. The position works alongside AFIO's Director of Operations, provides key organizational functions that directly underpin and drive AFIO's mission, and interacts frequently with AFIO's Board of Directors, especially its president and treasurer.
