Everette Jordan’s 44-year career spans a series of organizational leadership and management positions within NSA, CIA/CMS, FBI, ODNI and the Department of The Treasury. He also served as a Professional Staff Member for the Joint House and Senate Intel Committees investigating the causes behind the 9/11 attacks.
He began his career as an Army Linguist and retired from government service in 2021 as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Intelligence Community Integration. Everette holds a B.A. in Russian and an M.A. in Theology.
Chris Bane possesses a comprehensive background in both intelligence and private industry. His expertise lies in guiding strategy teams to facilitate the success of companies within the Intelligence Community, collaborating with both emerging and established technology enterprises.
Prior to transitioning to the private sector, Chris was a Senior Intelligence Service officer at CIA, where he held executive leadership and management responsibilities within the United States and in five US country teams abroad, among his many foreign assignments.
Chris is a distinguished veteran of the United States Army, with extensive experience in both domestic and international operations. Chris was raised overseas prior to returning to receive his B.A. in Forensic Studies and an M.A. in International Relations, both from Indiana University.
Jennifer Daniel serves as Chief Executive Officer, JS&N Consulting LLC. During her 37-year career in the Intelligence Community and national security enterprise, Jennifer was known for her transformational leadership across diverse mission sets, including collection, analysis, IT Solutions, human capital, budget management, and international relations.
She served as the Associate Director for Enterprise at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA); the Assistant Director of National Intelligence for Mission Priorities, Analysis, and Collection in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence; Director of Human Capital/NGA; Director of NGA's Persistent GEOINT Office; and Director of Office of Corporate Communications/ NGA.
Jennifer earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts. She resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and son.
Jim Danoy is a retired senior-level intelligence officer from the Defense Intelligence Agency, where he served domestically and overseas in a variety of intelligence fields. His tours of duty included assignments at the ODNI, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, NPIC (now NGA), EUCOM, NATO, FBI, and the White House.
Jim holds the unique distinction of being the first non-CIA President's Daily Brief (PDB) POTUS briefer in IC history. He received numerous IC awards and was awarded Presidential Rank (Distinguished & Meritorious) in the senior executive corps. Jim proudly began his intelligence career as a file clerk at the FBI, focusing on foreign counterintelligence. He is currently an adjunct professor at George Mason University where he teaches intelligence and national security.
Mike Ennis retired from the Marine Corps in 2008 after 37 years of service and joined Science Applications International Corporation as the Senior Vice President for Risk Management and International Security.
He previously had served three years as the first Deputy Director of the National Clandestine Service (CIA) for Community HUMINT. Other Marine Corps assignments included: Deputy Director of DIA for Operations; Director of Marine Corps Intelligence; Commander, Joint Intelligence Center Pacific; and G-2 of the III Marine Expeditionary Force. He served in three Russian Foreign Area assignments - as a translator on the Washington-Moscow “Hotline;” as the Naval liaison to the Group of Soviet Forces in East Germany; and as the assistant Naval Attache in Moscow.
He studied at Concordia College and at the Sorbonne in Paris, where he majored in international relations and French. He later earned an M.A. degree at Georgetown University. Now fully retired, he divides his time between Leesburg and Warsaw, VA.
Paul Hollingsworth retired in 2014 as a senior executive from the CIA after a 27-year career in analysis and operations, including three overseas tours and rotational assignments at the FBI and the NSC. He subsequently served in the private sector for ten years as the senior intelligence advisor on Europe and Eurasia for the energy company bp.
Prior to joining the U.S government, he worked as a managing editor for the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute. Paul has served on the Board of Trustees of Hollins University since 2020 and AFIO since 2023.
He holds a B.A. degree in theology from Georgetown University and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in medieval Slavic and Byzantine history from the University of California (Berkeley).
J.C. Lintzenich’s career spans intelligence, strategic policy, and high-level advisory roles. He retired from the U.S. Army after a 28-year career and is currently the Principal Advisor for National Security Affairs to Senator Thom Tillis. Throughout his career, he held critical roles in military and intelligence operations, including with the 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions, and in combat zones like Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kosovo. He played key roles in high-stakes missions at Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), coordinating intelligence with agencies to support special operations.
He directed intelligence training for U.S. Special Operations Command and led multinational intelligence efforts in Europe.His policy expertise grew in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, advising on Western Balkans security, and then as Senior Military Advisor to the DNI, where he integrated military and national intelligence strategies.
He is a graduate of Auburn University and holds an M.A. degree from the U.S. Naval War College. He earned several prestigious awards, including the IC Exceptional Service Award, Knowlton Award, Bronze Star Medal, and Legion of Merit.
Jim McCool, the CEO of McCool Team LLC, retired from government service as an NGA senior executive in 2023 and now serves as a consultant for artificial intelligence companies. His final NGA assignment was standing up the Data and Digital Innovation Directorate, which is responsible for leading GEOINT artificial intelligence. Jim earlier served for several years as NGA's senior officer in Israel. His other NGA leadership roles involved improving analytic skills and methods, operationalizing automation technology, and directing intelligence production across all NGA analytic offices, as well as revamping analyst recruitment, hiring, and development.
While at CIA Jim led analytical teams focused on counterterrorism and irregular warfare, was a briefer for the PDB, and served as an all-source analyst and an imagery analyst.
He has a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland and served stateside and overseas in the U.S Air Force.
Linda Millis recently retired as Professor of Practice and Program Director at Marymount University and former adjunct faculty member at George Mason University, teaching graduate courses on intelligence analysis, counterterrorism, and weapons of mass destruction. Linda has more than three decades of experience in the government, non-profit, academic and private sectors, including service in senior executive positions at NSA, CIA, the ODNI, the White House, and a Presidential Commission on Intelligence Reform.
She is nationally recognized for developing partnership programs and strategies that improve the defense, intelligence, national and homeland security communities.
Linda earned a BA degree in Russian Studies from the University of Maryland and an M.A. degree in international public policy from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
Fran Moore is President of FPM Consulting, LLC, which provides insight on ways to deliver high quality intelligence solutions to federal and commercial clients. She is also a senior advisor on the development of research and analysis techniques. Fran held several private sector positions after retiring from the CIA in 2015, including Strategic Intelligence Advisor to the Analysis and Resilience Center and Vice President of the Cipher Brief.
She was a career analyst at CIA, rising to the senior ranks in positions including, Director for Intelligence (Analysis), Director of Terrorism Analysis, Director of Counterintelligence Analysis, and Chief Learning Officer. Fran also currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the National Intelligence University.
John Quattrocki is currently a professor in National Security Policy and U.S. Counterintelligence Strategy and Policy at the Institute of World Politics. He is a national security expert with 19 years of operational experience and 14 years of experience in policy development and implementation on the National Security Council, the Office of the DNI, and the DoD. He served for several years as a Division Manager and Vice President of National Services Group at CACI International. John also served with distinction as a Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent with the FBI.
He attended the USAF Academy and earned a B.S. degree in political science, constitutional law from Northern Illinois University. He later attended the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
Bill Richardson is an experienced senior executive in the private sector, currently serving as Director of IDG Americas, Inc, the US-based affiliate of IDG, an international security firm. He previously served as Managing Director of TRSS International, Ltd, a risk identification and mitigation company serving government and commercial clients globally. He previously served as Director of Analysis for Thomson Reuters Special Services, LLC.
Prior to his 10 years of private sector experience, Richardson served for 32 years (October 1982-July 2014) in various analytic and leadership assignments with CIA, including: as representative in a major Western European capital as the focal point on counterterrorism, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Balkans; as the senior analytic officer in a South Asia war zone; as National Intelligence Manager for South Asia; and as PDB briefer to President Barack Obama as well as to Vice President Al Gore, one of a very select few to brief at this level across two administrations.
He earned B.A. and M.A. degrees in Geography and Environmental Planning from Towson University, where he has also served as an adjunct faculty member. Bill has been a frequent guest lecturer at universities nationwide. He and his wife, Robin, live in Williamsburg, Virginia, and are the parents of two grown married children.
Phil Ritcheson is currently Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy at Leidos. He served as a Senior Executive in the IC, DoD, Navy, at the Executive Office of the President, and at NATO. He has written Presidential-level policies and strategies, provided IC-wide community leadership and agency-wide corporate leadership, improved DoD-national intelligence integration, and led multinational policy and intelligence activities.
A Retired Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve, Phil served in a variety of leadership positions and provided operational intelligence support to U.S. forces in warzones.
He earned a B.A. degree in International Relations at the University of Southern California; an M.Se. degree in Defense and Strategic Studies at Southwest Missouri State University; and a Ph.D. in International Relations from Tufts University, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
Rich Tropea serves as Chapter Liaison to the AFIO National Board and additionally as President and Founder of AFIO’s Michigan Chapter.
As a Distinguished Military Graduate, he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant, Military Intelligence, U.S. Army serving in counterintelligence and HUMINT. Detailed to CIA, he served as a Case Officer, participating in operations throughout the Far East, Europe, and Africa. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, USAR.
After government service, Rich serves as a Wealth Manager founding Tropea Capital Management of Raymond James in Birmingham, Michigan. He has a degree in Political Science and an MBA in International Finance.
Maura Watson is Executive Vice President at PenFed Credit Union leading Risk, InfoSec and Talent. She is a retired CIA Senior Intelligence Officer with 28 years of experience running cyber, counterintelligence, and traditional intelligence operations in both the Directorate of Operations and the Directorate of Digital Innovation. She was previously chair of the Board, 8th Light, Inc. Software Consultancy.
Maura holds a B.S. degree in history and political science from the University of Scranton; an M.A. degree in history from the same institution; and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University. She completed the Cybersecurity Certificate Program at Harvard University and an Executive Certificate from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Maura has been married for 33 years to the best-looking man who would have her and is mother to 4 and grandmother to 10.
Cindy Webb is a retired Senior Intelligence Executive with 32 years of service in CIA, where she led major programs in operations, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, analysis, hiring, and the IC. She worked extensively with CIA’s senior leadership team, including eight Directors of Central Intelligence, CIA field stations worldwide, senior National Security Council officials, the FBI, the Director of National Intelligence, the Congress, the US Intelligence Community, and foreign governments.
Her final leadership assignment was serving over five years as CIA’s Chief of Counterintelligence and Associate Deputy Director for Operations/Counterintelligence. After retiring in 2011, she was an independent consultant, served on the board for CIA's Studies in Intelligence and on the Senior Advisory Board to the DNI.
She holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from Sweet Briar College and a master's degree in public administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She attended professional programs at the Kellogg School's Executive Leadership Program, Northwestern University; the National Defense University’s Capstone Program for new Flag Officers; the Intelligence Fellows Seminar; and the Federal Executive Institute.
