One of the unusual features of AFIO membership is access to the EAA. The EAA [Employee Activity Association] is the Activity Association for CIA employees, only. The website has a large selection of special logo'd and insignia gift items that are sold exclusively in the Agency gift shop at Langley. The EAA website has been designed with special security and privacy features that necessitate a few extra steps on your part prior to allow you to place online orders with it. Once you register and pay the one-time fee, you will receive a special card with a user identification number. You then will be able to make purchases 24 hours/7 days a week. In most instances, your order will be processed the next working day. Please be patient. It takes a few weeks to process your application and mail you the card and access instructions.
Respect the privacy and security of the EAA website by NOT sharing this information with non-AFIO-members. They will be unable to order nor use your card or passwords and will only tie up the ordering system seeking in their attempts to circumvent the security. This feature of your AFIO membership is for your use alone while you remain a member.
Fill out the form below and mail to the following address for verification of eligibility. At this time, only current AFIO members are eligible for EAA membership using this form. After the application is evaluated, you will receive back a new EAA membership card and instructions on accessing the EAA Mail Order website as well as phone and email information. You can use the EAA website as a catalog and order by phone, or order directly from the website. Please note: we DO NOT ship goods outside the U.S. or to any non-U.S. addresses.

FEE: There is a one-time membership fee with the EAA Mail Order Center. The fee for retired CIA personnel is $25.00. The fee for current AFIO members who did not retire from CIA is: $50.00. Retirement status will be verified. It can be charged to a VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card or provide a check [payable to "EAA Mail Order"]. Your fee also permits your Spouse to order from the EAA Mail Order Center, so please list that person's name below, as well.
